IDSWA stands for Independent Support Workers Australia, our objective is to assist every day support workers to upskill into the workforce to help over 650,000 Australians living with a disability.

We're rebuilding our site from scratch! To provide the best service possible to our customers we're redeveloping our site to better express our vision and mission!

1. We help support workers to understand their responsibilities as an unregistered provider. We assist with implementing our 'Go to market' business plan which builds the internal processes of a sole trader business saving you months if not years of research and implementation.

2. Once we believe you are confident and competent we assist you by sourcing and qualifying participants on your behalf, we then make the introduction supporting you to work independently from day 1!

IDSWA HQ is based in based in Perth Australia, whilst the rest of our team works virtually Australia wide! We can assist any support worker in any state with their business development and client acquisition strategy!
